Depending on our client activity and his requirements, we define together a business chart or contract which includes:
- The watch design and its specifications
- The client's specific nature of his activity
- The possible price range decided together
- The delivery delays depending on the watch type chosen (generally 4 to 6 months)
- The financial set up of the operation
The « collectors » spirit is a must for each of our creations
Once we have defined the general framework, and, once the goal approved, then the watch model is conceived, and we sign together a contract describing the process smooth conduct. Then manufacturing is starting…
24 months warranty
Once the watch is delivered, each one has a 2 years warranty. The watchmakers, partners of DOLPHIN, ensure the aftersale service, except for proven strong shocks, drop or fallen watches, broken glass or crown, and crown screwing forgotten. Each watch is delivered with her Limited Serie Certificate which is also used for warranty.
